Thank you! I was looking for a Maine Coon kitty at the shelter when we found her. It seems that as mush as I have tried in my life to have other kinds of cats, Siamese cats always find me. They are soooo lovable. They really don't have the "typical" cats attitude. Mine has to be with us 24/7. We went out of town for a few days and when we came home she was so scared. Of course I felt tremendously guilty about scaring her like that. She would probably do well traveling. She loves people, and isn't afraid of strangers. I love her to pieces. <3

I love siamese cats. I've never had a cat but always said that that's the kind I would want. Of course, I'd end up at a shelter or a rescue and end up with whatever took to me but if I were to design my own, it would look like a siamese.

She is so cute! Congrats!

I have a 12yo Torti Siamese girl. Sweetie. I have herd so many stories of mean siamese, but the real truth is they are very loving & very intelligent kittys! Ever since my Sweetie was old enough to be held she would crawl under your chin & camp out! That is untill she could no longer fit lol. Now she kneeds you non-stop, & is such a big talker! The best story I have with her is when I was prego for my oldest she laid on my tummy through out the whole pregnancy kicks & all. I was away for 5 days when I gave birth, but when i came home to my kitty, I said her name & I don't think she could have ran to me any faster, She didn't leave my side for days! The good thing about having her before the baby was we had to childproof the cupboards from the cat getting into everything!lol

Aww, that is so sweet Tricia! My cat also likes to climb in the cupboards but in the middle of the night. Sometimes she scares the crap out of us with all the banging! haha Here is a recent pic of her eating her dinner in the bathtub (long story). lol

Oh she is adorable! I love siamese cats! They really do have a distinctive sound, don't they!

I had a maine coone / rag doll cross (before the mog I have now) and she was truly a gem. I saw her the day she was born, as she was from my next door neighbours cat's litter.

The cat I have now was from a rescue centre. I'll only ever get cat's from those centres again. Poppy was only 1 1/2 yrs and had been abandoned and was pregnant when rescued. We got her after she had the kittens, and was very timid. Now, after 12 years with us she is just magic. Waltzes around like she ownes the place! LOL.

Thank you for sharing your pics.
