oooooo this pisses me off! I love animals and even though I don't particularly like dogs, I would never wish them ill harm. Animals are such amazing creatures and life would be dull if we could not enjoy their close company and companionship.

To prevent things like this from happening, I keep my cat indoors. The last few cat's I've had have been indoors and this allowed us more contact with them, deeper bonds, and longer, healthier lives.

However, I know it's difficult to train an outdoor cat to find enjoyment in the indoors only. It really starts at kitten-hood.

Sorry to hear about your kitty. The traps should be considered inhumane and while I am sure your cat will do fine, it is still uncalled for and unjust.

I apologize I have no posted in awhile, I will now keep you all up to date on the horrid events I have mentioned before.

The person responsible for the trap has not been caught unfortunately.
But what im thankful for, is my cat, crash, has made a full recovery. His entire foot was described by the vet as the pads cleanly cut right off the foot along with the skin dragging on the ground as if it was by a material such as razor wire which is what we found in the lots across the street, a razor wire trap.

Crash had to get one toe removed and only has one claw on one of his back feet, but he's just as nimble and as active as ever. He is currently staying inside the house wit my Maine Coon Charlie who keeps him company on an everyday basis
