Damned cat

Elsa, my sons semi-long haired tabby.

Wednesday morning she catches a mouse out near the aviaries, all good, brings it inside, gets forcibly removed and thrown outside with mouse. I get the evil eye from her and she promptly rips the mouse in half on the back door mat then walks off. yeah thanks for that.

Friday morning she catches another one, brings it inside, again. This time I get the look and she drops it in the middle of the lounge room then walks off. yeah that was real fun chasing the damned mouse around the house.

I tell you this cat is an evil vindictive bitch.

Well, actually she is doing her job. And cats like to show you their accomplishments sometimes.

Don't get me wrong, she is a prize mouse catcher. We praise her for catching mice, she gets in trouble for birds. It's when she does these little games that I just want to strangle the wench.

Your response may be correct but that doesn't mean Abby was wrong. I don't find either statement to be mutually exclusive.

ok, this has been taken way more seriously then I thought. I actually find Elsa and her snotty sessions amusing albeit annoying. Didn't realise that it was going to end up as a session on what cats do by nature, what do you expect. I mean heck having only been around cats for 30 odd years I wouldn't have the faintest idea.

Trust me, I've had one of "those" cats! My cousin woke up to a nice little present one day... on his CHEST!

Cats should never be interior decorators :}
