deciding to hand feed

hi all, I am wondering to hand feed or not. We have a baby lutino girl, 18 days today. The parents are not tame. Unlike my other ones. The chick is starting to behave lik the parents. understandably and I don't have to many oportunities to take her out of the nest box to hold her, every chance I get I do though. I have a brooder, and all the equipment I need to feed her. I guess it is a moral decision I am having and a can I do it. I know most of the information up to this point. I have been recording her feeding with her parents and they do not seem to be consistant at all. in fact she does not eat till around 8am and last feeding seems to be before 10pm.. If I do choose to feed her would 8am, 12:30pm,4:30pm,and 9:30 work? or do you think her schedule would be hers no matter what? there are a few times I have to go out during the day, 2 hours at a time so I am trying to find a schedule that would work for her and myself if I were to hand feed her. I would like and know that she is tame unlike her parents. any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated and since if I am going to take her out this would be a good time to do it.
