Crows don't normally kill other animals... It's possible yes, but crows are SCAVENGERS, not predators (i.e. hunters). They may eat small insects or animals, but it is not like a crow to actually attack something larger than maybe a small snake or young birds still in the nest... it's just that the majority of the diet consists of plant matter (such as vegetables).
We are saying YES it is possible, but NO it is not LIKELY. It's more likely for an animal of prey such as cats, dogs, falcons or hawks to prey on smaller birds than a crow... it's also possible that if your tiel is still alive, it has learned where to get food, and other needs... if not, there is also a possibility he died from starvation, or elements of the earth (such as being cold, or hot, rainy, etc). You never know for sure if your tiel is dead or not... there is a possibility that he is still alive and has discovered how to survive, or that maybe someone found him but hasn't seen the ads or they are greedy and don't want to give him up...
