Question about female sitting on eggs

Chloe has laid every other day since last Friday for a total of 4 eggs so far. They are being excellent parentssitting on 2 eggs each and 1 is definitely fertile (too early to tell for the others). My question is this..she poops 1-2x a day which I know is normal but her poop is like water. It is really runny. She mainly eats eggs with baby food and rice baby cereal in it sometimes and pellets in the eggs. I take out their seed during the day or that's all she would eat but I put it back in at night so she gets quite a bit of seed also. This started after she laid her first egg and has continued. Moe's poop is a little runny sometimes but still has shape to it and it's usually because he hasn't eaten any seed yet. Neither one are acting sick, they are eating fine and not drinking more than usual. The only experience with egg laying I have is Sophie and her unfertile eggs and even though her poop would get like this it would be 1 time and then go away. I figured out that it was when she would come out and poop but hadn't eaten yet. Chloe always poops about 30 min. after she eats and it is the same. I called my vet but she never called me back so I figured someone on here might be able to tell me if I should worry or not. Is this normal for nesting? Also, she chewed a hole about the size of a quarter right at eye level with where she sits in the box (apparently she decided she needs a window). Should I cover it? It's too high for the babies to fall out or anything but I worry about the eggs or them getting cold. Should I wait until they hatch? She really does look out the hole all day long..it's kind of cute.

IMO, right now I wouldn't be trying to limit her seed intake. She needs to eat. Feed her the other things first, let her eat lots, then offer seed after she eats. Is she loosing weight? She is expending quite a lot of energy producing eggs and keeping them warm, you don't need to worry about her becoming ill because she isn't eating enough while doing this. Worry about the conversion later.

I wouldn't worry about the hole. The eggs are covered most of the time by mom or dad, so they won't get cold.

She is not losing weight. I go to school and work nights so I'm usually not up until about noon so that's when I take out the seed, give her the eggs which I replace once more a day and then put the seed back in around 7-8 at night. Sorry about that, to me it's morning....
