New pictures of the babies

Hi everyone,

Well, I took some new pictures of the little babies (still only 2 have hatched)... I'm starting to doubt that the 3rd egg will hatch (but then again, I'm not sure...). The older baby hatched on the 12th, and my 2nd hatched on the 14th.

Attached are some pictures of the 2 of them. The older one can already pick his head up pretty good, and already weighs 22g; the younger one has much difficulty doing so, still much lighter than the 1st, at 12g.

I hope you can see the pictures. I know they are not very clear; I seem to be having trouble taking good quality pictures of the babies....

Here's pretzel being angry but keeping them nice and warm in his stinky armpits :).

These two were both born the same day, February 8th. The egg there is dead and I should probably take it out.

Awww Syaoransbear, the babies are so cute!

Your Pretzel looks like my Studs! I can't wait for my chick's eyes to open up! So exciting! Well, I wish my Studs and Jade would let me take pictures of them with their babies... they're still very aggressive towards me when it comes to opening up the nestbox to check in. Do you have anymore babies in this clutch?

I still have one more egg that I expected to hatch this past weekend, but it hasn't yet, not sure if I should get rid of it or not... at least it seals in some heat for the chicks... I should take my eggs out too, but I just don't know if I should....

I left my unfertile egg in there until the parents pushed it to the side. The babies use it to help hold themselves up also so I would leave the rest of the eggs.
