My cockatiel Sunny died.

My tiel Sunny died this morning.

He got attacked by what seems like a raccoon.

He lost a wing.

Surgery was performed.

He was alright for a week.

Then he passed away.

Sunny was one and a half years old, just a small baby. He was unique because he was not hand tamed at all yet he let me snuggle and kiss his belly, and everytime I went to kiss him, he would lift up his beak kiss my nose and then make way for my lips to his belly.

He was one and a half years old, just a small baby, but he gave me a life's worth of memories that I will forever and ever and ever remember.

RIP

My love,

Sunny

I already put in a new nest box for my mama tiel to lay eggs in. The hole clutch I decided will be named Sunny the 1st, Sunny the 2nd, Sunny the 3rd, and so on.

I keep telling myself, the new clutch will have A LOT to live up to.

Which is true.

Fly free Sunny

RIP
