Cockatiel eggs

This is my first clutch and I wondered how long it takes for them to hatch? I have a pair of tiels and she's sitting on 2 eggs (so far), and I want to keep an eye on her without disturbing her and the eggs. Also, is 2 or 3 weeks sufficient time to let the parents feed the chicks before pulling them?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Samm, baby tiels hatch in about 3 weeks from when the egg is laid, since they usually lay 1 egg every second day, that means the hatchings will be staggered a bit too. You are in for a treat, baby tiels are soooooo sweet! Look in the Multimedia album in the photo section for some of my videos of my babies last year. Mine were completely parent reared but I played with them everyday after work. Joel breeds tiels and is a real expert, hopefully he will pop on and give some useful advice.
