Monica in here my cockateil family pictures Parents and babies

Here is my little family CJ daddy, Sugar she is all white with cinnamon on wing she has food on her head from feeding babies. Daffy all yellow baby with 1 cinnamon feather in tail, Dewey Cinnamon and yellow. looks like buttercup an baby in the last clutch yellow and Cinnamon Buttercup and Dewey are almost exactly alike but the baby Dewey has a little cinnamon in his tail feathers

CJ doesn't *LOOK* to be pied, and all chicks appear to be pieds, or rather cinnamon pieds. I would assume you'd be getting some greys and cinnamons, too...

I'm curious as to hear the other thoughts! And to see any possible future chicks!

Hello

I was just wondering since you had a clutch i just got a 28 day old cockatiel when should he start to perch ? I tried contacting the breeder but she hasnt returned my call.

mine started perching

when they were around 6 weeks or less they are almost 7 weeks and perching and eating real good now

Are you handraising this bird? Do you have handfeeding experience? Are you keeping this chick warm? Feeding him correctly? At the right temps?

Being that you got such a young bird, I would hope you would not need to ask as it's never a good idea to buy an unweaned bird before learning all you can on the subject first hand.... too many things could go wrong in the process....
