Most people would say a cinnamon pearl whiteface... not many people use the term "lace" or "lacewing" in cockatiels.

The accepted genetic term would be opaline though, not pearl. *shrug*

Did she get it here in Oregon? I'm in Portland, and would love a girl that looked like that!

She was told it was bought as a birthday present, so we guess she was purchased from a pet store. She is very lovely, I've not seen one with those markings. At least not with the white face and pearly. Together its very beautiful. Though there is a worry about her: one of her feet is severely disabled. The lady said this happened when they tried to remove the band. All toes are bent forwards, so she walks on the back of her leg rather than her foot. My friend is taking her to the vet shortly, for checkup. I will take a pic tomorrow. Its such a lovely bird, she has a mate, though we never see them grooming each other or sitting next to each other. She has laid an egg, not fertile. She gets around just fine, but we can't clip her wings because she uses them to climb. Besides that, we let them out to fly.

Hi any news from the Vet yet?
Tweety had deformed feet and could not perch very well when I first got her.
But in the year I worked with her she could grip small twigs. She still fell off a perch now and then.
Have you tried to put a small platform high in the cage to see if she is happy to rest like that instead of having to balance on a perch.
The other thing you need to watch, is toe nail growth. If they are not getting worn down naturally they will need to be trimmed often. They may grow like Tweetys and become hooks that get caught on things. This means you may need to find out how to do this, or the vet bills will mount up.
Reading above that all toes face forward, at least should mean she may not catch her toe nails on to many things.
And I agree that she needs her wings, it will help her and give her some confidence in herself.
If she was in the wild she would an outcaste, reject, and she will know this, so lots of love and she will respond.
