You're so weird, Casper

Okay, since I got Casper, she's always trying to get Tia's attention.
She'll sit next to her, lower her head and nudge her, as if she's trying to get tia to preen her like Taz does.

I'm not at all worried about it, i'm just trying to figure out why she does it o_O

Any suggestions?

Actually, my Bonnie does the same thing to Angel o_O I think she's trying to make nice with Angel and get her to preen her like a flock sister or a mate, but since she's a little bully when it comes to food and the bath, Angel doesn't fall for it

That makes sense -nods-
Tia generally just ignores it or flies to the other side of the cage if it annoys her too much lol

I wonder; would a family-bonded flock (mothers, daughters, aunts, neices, cousins) mutually preen? Perhaps that is what your Casper and my Bonnie are trying to achieve?

Ditto on the irritated party running away XD No means no kids, no matter what species!

Your Casper is still gorgeous though :3

If my tiels aren't already paired up, then they aren't friendly with any of the others... per say.

I have 1 male, 4 females. That equals out to 1 pair, 3 lone hens. One hen is in love with the male but can't have him. One hen is very friendly with other birds, or rather, at least, she likes to eat their food..... The last hen... she's an introvert. She doesn't like anybody. She doesn't like her bubble being popped, either...
