My yard

Because my yard is full of old gum tree I always get a variety of birds. First come the rainbow lorikeets, galahs (rose breasted cockatoos), white tailed black cockatoos. When they leave I get the 28's & corellas.

Re: My yard

Yes the cockatoo's are certainly plentiful & black ones are a real menace. They're very destructive. They probably eat about 1 bottlebrush flower out of about 10 they just shred. Well at least I don't have to prune! Pigeons are a rare sight here in Perth but we do get senagal doves. For some reason they breed like rabbits in Perth but no where else in Australia. They come from asia & are a real nuisance, especailly when trying to feed the wild birds.
