I have my goffin cockatoo in 22X22X22 size cage is that ok for him.

Seems a little small. My goffins in in a cage 32x24x68
It has a play top and she loves it. I have a lot of toys and ropes for her. I would use your cage for a sleeping cage.
My tiel is in that size cage. Does she seem happy in that cage with room to play and hang upside down?? Is she out of the cage a lot??

I have 3 hanging toys in her cage and as i feel she is happy with it. She is out of her cage from 3:00 pm till 9:00 pm because i'm studying and doing job as well

I still feel that is small for an active bird like a goffins, but allot of "out" time is good.
