Red face Beak'd!

It's been exactly two weeks since I rescued Luen, and I just thought I'd share with you all that he's coming along great.
He now recognises three 'new' types of food, and is licking at fruit, even if not eating it.
He no longer hides in the back corner of his cage when someone's in the room... Actually, he and I were playing tug-o-war with the stick from a demolished seed treat.
He's active and playing happily with the toys I've decorated his cage with. His favourite thing to play with, however, is the seed treat stick. That said, he seems rather amused by his fruit-kabob.
He's 'mumbling' human speach. No recogniseable words so far, but he's mumbling what I assume to be the beginning of a 'hello'... Hee. This is excellent, because apart from screeching when frightened/excited and the regular uncertain chirp, he's not been very talkative.
And last but not least, today when he was playing with the stick, he let me pet his beak several times and then beaked my finger. Not the gentlest beaking, but it didn't hurt and obviously was a curious thing... :} Unfortunately, my brother came over and decided to thrust a bag of lollipops at me, so Luen decided it was a good time to investigate the fruit-kabob some more.
So he's coming along nicely. He's also peering out of his cage when I leave the door open. Hasn't come out yet (maybe I made the cage TOO nice lol) but is getting more curious by the day :}
Now if only I can get my hands on a Roudybush supplier!
