Really Quite Funny!

OMG!

At my home, I am the main birdie person... not my dear sweet hubbie. The poor guy is actually kind of afraid of Harley...
Which makes the fact that she has let herself out of her cage while I'm here at work all the more hysterical!

Though, I'm thinking he may disagree...

Oh, how I wish I were a seed in a dish right now... I'd love to be able to actually see this! He said she came strutting out of our "bird room" and said "Hellooooo!" and kept on walking into the kitchen... she didn't see me, so now she keeps knocking on the bathroom door SCREAMING, "MOMMIE MOMMIE MOMMIE MOMMIE MOMMIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too funny... I'll keep you posted!

Wink Keep movin'... the show's over...

Well, it was fun while it lasted...

Gerard has managed to get her back into her cage with the use of her large 2x4 perch, and a couple of toss pillows.
He got her to stand on her perch, then stuck the perch top into the cage (with her on it) and held the door closed, while using the toss pillows to block the openings having the perch in the door had created unbelieveable!
At any rate, I will soon take a break here at work, buy KEY LOCKS, and secure Whoodini, excuse me... Harley, into her cage.

Oh, and just for the record... when you meet someone who is adopting a cockatoo, let them know that combination locks just don't cut it for a U2! They can open it! A key lock is definately the way to go.
