It is Sunshine's 11th Birthday today! Hard to believe it's been 11 years already. As you can see, I have not given up on the spoiled brat. Just look at that face! Maybe I should make her birdie bread with candles?! I have some pics to share of Sunshine and Joe Bird. Hope you all like!

I took some web cam footage as well, just need to figure out how to edit and how to post them. She was such a ham last night with it on. She saw herself on the laptop last night and it really got her talking and waving her claw! And Joe bird up on my head nesting and cooing away.

They get along fine, but they are not right next to each other. Joe bird has no fear and loves to go beak to beak with her, if I could trust Sunshine would know when to stop, it would be so cool, they want to kiss and preen, but that beak is to big and deadly. Joe just jumps down from his cage to the end table and over to the couch then jumps on my back and crawls up my hair or snuggles in my neck. He flys over to her cage if your not watching sometimes. Joe is a tough old bird! Gotta be quick with him on the loose!

Well, for a Cockatoo she is being pretty good! She still drives my husband crazy most of the time till I get home from work, but she just wants his attention. So before work and as soon as I get home I take them both outside and give them some mommie time! They have got me trained pretty good!
