Neglected Bare-eyed Too

I went to see this little guy again today. We held "hands" again. His nails looked a tiny bit shorter, maybe? And at least he had food, though it was mostly sunflower seed. He has soooo many pinfeathers coming in, and he just wants to be scritched. Stood there for a while scratching his little head. The owners weren't in again, but I asked the college-aged girls who were there if he was for sale. They said no. Then they told me that he'd been sold about 7 years back, and then returned when the family moved. I asked them to have the owners let me know if they decide they'd like to sell him again.
