waiting for my baby lesser to speak

i have a lesser i've had for about a year now, she's almost four yrs old and she doesn't want to talk or hasn't yet.anyone have any ideas or know when they start to talk.

Uhh...maybe never? My U2 is about 20 years old and he sees no reason to talk people. If you sounded as good as he does, you wouldn't either!

I've got several birds that are 5+ years in age (one who's about 17yrs old, give or take a few years?), however only one speaks human (mitred, who's 13)... when he wants to! He's not that great of a talker, although he does have the potential to learn more (and has, but hasn't really kept repeating any new words).

In short, your bird may or may not learn to talk... but do not expect your bird to talk... let the talking be the icing on the cake!
