Pick up at 292 knight st 2nd floor... FIRST COMES FIRST SERVE!! Comes with everything included bird cage and all!!!!


I called the phone number given, but it was a machine. The ad includes two photos of a gorgeous cockatoo--appears to be an Eleanora, maybe? Can you imagine who might end up with this bird?

Nobody would answer the door . The place didn't look very "lived" in either. At least it was a beautiful night for a drive . I even talked my husband into stopping for ice cream . Maybe they already found someone to take the bird .

No I didn't even think to leave a note. I figured the add was a scam

It probably was a scam, as I never got a return phone call either. Some people really need to find better things to do with their free time...I just don't understand the mentality of posting a bogus ad like that.

I don't understand it either. My husband wants to add a TOO to our family and after rescuing Zazu, I would rather add a rescue then get a baby. I love to rewarding feeling that you get when they look in your eyes and know they found a forever home even if they just made you bleed .

I wasn't really looking to add one this week or even this year but if I happened to come across one we would make the arrangements. I guess this time it just wasn't meant to be. Its so sad when people make a joke out of something that some people are so passionate about .
