is this a bad case or just normal or what as i have never dealt with a plucker plz let me know what you think

they are a little blurry, but it does look like plucking to me. Have you taken her to the vet to rule out anything that isn't just a phychological problem? That is the first thing I would do.

I would suggest a blood test for zinc.
