Did she give a reason for the re-home? You should get him, he is precious.

She has only had him 2 months, and she said she got him from a "rescue situation", but didn't provide more details. She is in elderly housing, and she says Cracker is too loud for her apartment, and her landlord is making her get rid of him. I actually made an appointment to meet him, but then I just emailed her and told her I wasn't coming. I have room for one more bird, and if I get one, it's gotta be another grey. I'm just in love with Optimus, and I'd love, love, love another. I know if I meet Cracker, I'm gonna want him! And once I meet him, all practical thoughts will fly out the window! It's so, so tempting, but I've gotta be smart. I did tell her, though, that if she gets desperate and really needs him out, I'd be happy to pay the fee she is looking for, and foster Cracker temporarily until she found him a permanent home. I don't want him ending up in a breeding situation or something because she's about to get kicked out of her apt.

WOW, I would take him for free and pay for the shipping! But I know that isn't going to happen!
