Thumping

So, Lacey my U2 has come up with a new (to me) behavior. I'm not overly worried about it, but I'm wondering if I should be.

She'll grab fabric in her beak (blankets, towels, shirts, pants-what have you. And yes, even if they're attached to me at the time ) and start thumping it up and down quickly. Poking holes, and just.. having fun. I'm not sure if this is something bad, or good, or.. what have you.

I'm getting her down from being overly sexually stimulated at a near constant basis. Her previous family liked to pet her-you know, under the wings, down the back, etc. She's a proven egg layer. I guess I'm slightly worried that this is part of that too. Or is she just having the time of her life and playing? She doesn't try to bite. Actually, the worst bite I've gotten from her was when she was slipping and had to use my finger to catch herself-she's a pretty good girl all around. Although I'm trying to break my child from wanting to sleep with her... He found out that if he crawls under a blanket, she'll join him. I've put the kabosh on that, and about a week ago is when the fabric thumping started.
