Sprouting tips

I'm sure this has been addressed a million times, but I am having difficulty finding anything on sprouting stuff. What is an easy almost foolproof way to accomplish this? Also, what are your birds favorites?

Pablo is king of the finicky eaters and we are just constantly putting new stuff within his reach. He loves to chunk his bowl to the floor as hard as possible. I heed to look into some of those bowls that are not toss-able. He is such a brat!!

You should PM Jim Pierce. He has a great video on sprouting, from beginning to end.
