What Conure is this?

The other day I searched "crimson conure" on yahoo images. I got some magnificent pictures of a conure I've never seen before.

The host webpage is in French.

Personally, I have taken a year of French, and am able to figure out most of the site. But what confuses me is the fact that this conure is listed as "Crimson Bellied Conure" Pyrrhura Perlata, yet all of the other crimson bellied conures I've seen are not the same (they actually have the crimson belly...). Is this a rarer sub-species of the Crimson-Bellied Conure?

There are sub speices and some can be more rare than others.
Actually there are 360 different species of the parrot, then sub-speicies.

Funny it looks like the Black-Capped Conure I saw at the pet store. However its chest feathers were more defined with black edges.
I guess these sub-species are harder to check especially without seeing them in person.
Speculation - The crimson belly might develop more, as the bird matures?

I considered that it might be a juvenile too. But it's just bizarre that I don't see any others that are the same.

I was looking into crimson-bellied sub-species this morning. And I'm thinking it might be Pyrrhura p. lepida (as opposed to the nominate Pyrrhura p. perlata). But its harder to tell from the picture. They also have it listed under "Pearly Conure". Has anyone ever heard of these?
