My sun conure's absolute favorite wooden toy: the lots of legs duckie. He's not big into toys, but he loves that one. He's gone through half a dozen of them easily.

He also likes foraging toys, like the Mazey Munch puzzle and the one in the second photo on this page - I don't know what it's called but it's basically a rubber dog toy you can put treats into. Stewie loves fighting with it and wrestling the treats out.

I've been thinking about getting him one of Wayne's bottlebrush play gyms. Those seem like tons of fun... but they seem to be out of gyms of the appropriate size.

Thumbs up

Sunny's favortie toy right now, is a Bird Kabob, it is the ultimate shredding toy that he just goes nuts for, he hangs from it and just tears it apart! I found it at Petsmart and would buy it again..

Thanks for the sugestions guys.I must be as spoiled as everyone says cuz I have that shredable Kabob toy too!It was fun to chew at first, but now I mainly have long conversations with it.I'm hoping someone out there can show me a toy that's new to me,even if it's homemade.

Darwin has a few favorites that havent been mentioned yet. This one I got from a parrot store in Portland:

And this one was from Petsmart:

Darwin had no interest in that plastic ball with a bell in it until I stuck a walnut inside of it. I have been getting shelled walnuts and cracking them open a bit, and he spends lots of time trying to get that walnut out from inside the plastic ball. I also get (non-sulfered) pineapple rings and stick them in there too. Or you can hang the pineapple ring from a plastic chain (Darwin spends loads of time with that too).

I love this thread!

Wayne's bottlebrush gyms rock! I have two for my parrotlets and my newly adopted hahn's macaw. The one for the hahn's is suspended -- a way cool design!

Autumn's and Chucky's favorite toy is a little play pen (originally meant for hamsters or guinea pigs). We get it out and put it onto the couch and she flys to it and runs inside. She wants us to put our hand inside the door so she can roll over on her back and wrestle with our fingers.

Here's a pick of her and Chucky inside play'n and preen'n:
