They're also known as a Brown Throated conure, and they are very pretty. I've not seen one in person though. :(

Thumbs up I have 2 St Thomas Conues

These birds are fairly quiet compared to the larger conures, even though they do scream on occasion, I have found mine do it so I will come get them. They love cuddling and attention, but like to instigate this affection themselves on most occasions. They do have a tendency to nip if they don't want the attention. They are also better mimics than the Sun And Jenday. I have those also. Much quicker to learn also. My Sun will only copy the other birds if she thinks they are getting too much attention. If you want a bird with the biggest personality and craves human interaction for the price of a small bird, look for the Black Capped/ Green Cheeked Conure. This bird will keep you endlessly entertained. But I wasn't kidding about craving attention. This bird is generally wide open from dusk to dawn, you will tire out before this bird does. They like to sleep in sacks, or cavities. If I have her out of her room past bedtime, she will crawl into my shirt and sleep nuzzled against my chest. They are about the same size as the St Thomas, but are even quiter. They make really adorable sounds. I don't know if this is their real voice or just for me sounds. I have rarely heard her scream.

I've got one too, I love him! He does scream for attention and it is earsplitting, but I can deal with it His pic is my signature
He doesn't talk but he imitates sounds: "meow", quacking, kissing sound, "shhh!", phone ringing sound, and he says his name (kind of lol).
