The GCC beak is notorious for the damage it can do, in spite of it's small size.

ive started making him(or her...dont know if it a him or her, havnt gotten the DNA test yet, although i plan to soon! although i kinda think shadows a boy for some reason) toys myself.. the one in the background with the straws, beads and spools, i got the idea from

anyhoo, the name shadow is definantly perfect!
the boyfriend and i decided on it the day we brought him(or her lol) home and it suites him sooo perfectly! he has such a huge personality and most of the time i really feel like he is my shadow haha.
shadow has been a little more nippy than usual because he is molting.. but when i took that pic he was in the process of licking my finger.
also, on a totally different subject, shadow is extra special .. i dont know if anyone has noticed or not (im guessing no since no one commented)
but shadow has a birth defect in his right foot. if you look you can notice it most in the first 2 pictures. it was brought to my attention before i bought him and it just makes me love him even more!

Shadow looks like he's got some stress bars in his feathers, but I'm sure with loves of lovin's, good food, and plenty of bathes his feathers will come in even more gorgeous than now!!! He looks to be quite the mischevious little one!
