Silly Question.

Thanks everyone for being so patient with me...I know i have tons of questions that probably seem like no-brainers.

So here's the next question...can Swaps have millet? he munched on a little bit today and seemed to love it. I wouldn't give it to him everyday, just wondering if it is ok for him to have it as a treat.

I think Millet is fine. Someone told me that conures don't like Millet so I never bought any.

i never thought that my conures would like millet, but i am sure it's fine. my conures love safflower seeds.

There's the small millet for birds like budgies and finches, or even the larger millet or 'jumbo millet' as they call it... lots of the medium to larger parrots love this stuff! For a GC though, I'd go with the smaller millet, even though you COULD try the jumbo if you'd like.

shadow absolutely LOVES millet! of course he only gets it as a treat... but he LOVES LOVES LOVES it

I usually give Bijoux a millet branch every week or 2. He loves it. When he's not hungry I think he just likes to tear it up.
