Green Cheek Conure Eggs

I have two pair of GCCs. One is an experianced and prolific pair of pure GCCs while the other pair are new parents with their first clutch.

Both pairs are sitting on a total of 11 eggs. My question is this ........ If both pairs have fertile eggs that hatch, should I seperate the clutches in the brooder and the weaning cage? I should also mention that the prolific pair are pure GCCs while the inexperiancedf pair are a GCC possibly split to Yellow Sided (Dad) and a Cinnamon (Mom).

This is the first time that both pairs are sitting on eggs at the same time. As this is only my second year as a breeder, I want to make sure I'm doing everything correctly.
