Pictures Of Skywalk, Sky Bag, And 1 Of Yogi And Boo's Play Centers

Okay, here are some pictues of one of Yogi and BooBoo's play centers. The tree branches are madrone, and full of "beak prints" aka conure graffitti! They just adore this play center, because of the window with the water view I think. Also, this center has a lamp for their little bum bums to keep warm for their afternoon naps, or after a bath. As you can see, they love to wrestle in the sky bag, then run in and out of the sky walk. Actually, this center pretty much keeps them occupied and busy, though they have three other centers like this through out the house. They have to share with the tiels, Baby and Bertie, but they don't seem to mind as long as they are at the play centers across the room, lol. Sorry, with the light coming in through the window, the pictures didn't quite turn out the way I wanted.

i have cotton rope going from stand to stand, and room to room, so my clipped fids can stroll about, without being under foot.

Wow! Your birdies have a lot of fun, don't they? Very cute pics of your spoiled fids. Yeah, RoyJoy's idea sounds wonderful for the birds. I can't have mine traveling all around, because of four dogs on the loose.

tielmama, they have fun from the moment they open their eyes to the moment they go to sleep! I have never seen two happier, funnier, goofier, living creatures in my life! Joe says they live to eat, sleep, and play, which is the way it should be.

Joe&Young~ What a great setup! Do Bertie and Baby use the Skywalk and Sky Bag? Nice view you have, too!

Joe and Young, the cotton rope i use is the kind magicians use for rope tricks, about 3/8" i dont have a camera that works well in doors, or i would show you. i strung it between pre existing celing hooks for swag lamps, hanging plants, and etc. the were there when i moved in. they are in every corner of the livingroom. i tied rope cross corners. tied a piece from playstand to that, and a piece from that, down the hall to a nail i drove in the wall in my shower. my bathroom is at the end of the hall. birds can join me in the shower when they need to. no need to close the door, i live alone. from the hall rope, i tied one leading into the bedroom, 90' of the hall, to a nail on the opposite side of that room. other lines lead from the main one, to other cages, and other places. starting to look like a spider web, but i dont care, cause my birds are very happy with it. some times, they cruise upright, and sometimes they will cruise hanging. they go from hanging to upright, with acouple of wing flaps. no they're not against the wall, but over head and out of the way. some times they chase each other, from place to place, quite comical.
