Blue Crowned Conure

Hi everyone,
I don't post much, but I am an loyal reader and I have a question that hopefully someone can help me with.
I had a lady give me a blue crowned conure to hand feed, at first I was just doing it for a favor, but decided to buy him from her.
I have had him for 3 weeks and the picture I attached is him the day I brought him home. The second is of him taken over the weekend. Can anyone give me a guestimate of about how old he was when I got him? She told me 2.5 wks, but I wasn't sure.

I have 2 at 5 weeks old right now and they looked about like that at 2-3 weeks and the last looks like they do now.

Thanks Jack, thats a ton of help.
I just wasn't sure. I have never had conures, just greys and macaws, so I didn't know for sure. He is a sight, with the cutest little personality, we have finally decided on Max for his name. But thanks for the help, I will be posting lots of pictures soon.
