Don't know what to do!

Hey everyone I know I have buged you guys about this before but my peach front conure Mango will not go on my fingure. He only goes on my sholder no one elses sholder either everytime I go to try to pick him up on my fingure he bites me. I don't know how to get him to come on my fingure. I don't know if it's because we have had him for about two months and hes still settleing in or what. I just want him to go to someone eles besides me and stop biting my fingure every time it comes about six inches away from him. I think I need some help.
