Question twitch

What's up with my Sun Conures right wing twitching? It doesn't always happen - like when he is eating, sleeping, on my finger.

I would see a vet if just 1 wing is twitching, but if both wings twitch, means he's glad to see you and wants out of cage. anyway thats what tiki does.
