The Stinkefuss at Work

Well, since I was rambling on all week about the fact that I had to bring the Stinkefuss to work since they're painting my apartment building (obviously in snail speed), I thought I'd give you guys an idea of what this looks like.

My office mate has her own vegetable garden where she grows everything from seeds. Since Valo's been coming to the office, she brings Kale and Mustard Greens... he loves those. He tears them into shreds, eats a bit, tears some more, throws them all over the place, tears some more, grabs another bite etc (guess you get the picture)

PS: I'm the chaotic messy type of scientist - hence the mess on the desk (at least that's always my excuse )

Since I'm also trying to get some work done at home, I've to make sure the Stinker remains occupied at least for some periods of times - otherwise I'd spend all my time chasing after my keyboard keys.
This is the area right behind my desk - at least it helps a little bit, and despite the fact that he's had the hoopball for a while, he still loves it (Thank God)

Stinkefuss sure is a busy little stinker! He is just adorable as ever. I can't believe they're still painting your apartment building!

Conures seem to be into everything. Right now, Sunny insists on walking on the keyboard and refusing to perch anywhere but on my hands as I type.

I love the hoop ball. Where do I find one?

we made those ourselves.... took a day of work, but it was fun and the fids love it (of course, both got their own)
we made them according to these instructions with some changes as our guys are quite a bit smaller than a macaw - let me know if you're interested, and i'll tell you what we did differently

Yes, whenever you have time, I would like to know what you did differently as we would love to make one for Sunny. Thank you!

So cute!

Now i have images of me taking Mikko into my old workplace. I used to be a riding Assistant and I mucked out the stables alot. I can just imagine him sat on my shoulder repeating "Ya missed a spot...! Ya missed a spot...! "

What kind of scientist are you? I was a biology major before I donated my brain to my children.

He looks quite productive in your office. :) My budgies used to bounce around on my hands as I typed. It was like a bird amusement park. Goofballs.
