Conures free to a good home...
I was wondering if there was a good home out there for 2 conures. They are wonderful companions and an enrichment to every house.
First there is Valo - he's a greencheek, who is convinced that he owns the entire world. Everything, and everybody is his. He WILL NOT let you work during the days - no, not even if you're sick and you want to get some computer stuff done while recovering. He rarely bites, but nips - especially if he doesn't get his way. So, not only will he be hanging off your glasses, or chewing on your keyboard, while you work - he will also remind you to pay attention to HIM every 30sec. After he is done harassing you, he will move on to eating his buddy's food, and ultimately to harassing Nino. Nino is a peach-fronted conure, who believes humans are no good except for food preparation. Mind you though, that there is a timeline to be followed DAILY. Don't you dare being late with the breakfast - illness is no excuse. If it does happen, prepare yourself for getting yelled at on full volume for the reminder of the day. Only additional food and treats may buy you some peaceful minutes here and there. Both birds come with large cages and play-areas. They're vetted, and I'll even throw in all the bird food I have in my freezer. and last i heard, i can even throw in a hormonal, screaming sun conure of 2yrs named pita alright, back to work now.... or at least i can tryjust in case it wasn't obvious: i'm not giving my birds away; i only feel like putting a "for free" sign on the cages and rolling them outside right now... gotta love spring ![]()

Aww, why do you have to get rid of them? I've read about them, they sound annoying... but sweet :)
