boy am i dumb

im sitting at the table sorting the uneaten pellets out of yesterdays food and then i get up to throw the rest of the feed away. my husband wants to know what im doing. i explain and he says. i pay lots of money every month for wild bird seed for the birds outside and your throwing away seed. thank goodness we have only had the birds 5 weeks. and here i tell my students to think out of the box. haha

I toss all my old seed, pellets, nuts, fruits/veggies out for the birds/wild life. Its funny seeing the birds swarm to take the zuepreem fruit blend pellets!

Nothing in our house ever goes to waste.

I always throw my birdie "leftovers" to the birds outside. Yes, it is just too cute watching them eat it. (Maybe thats why I have so many in my yard, they are inviting friends for dinner.) LOL

You actually don't have to throw out the zupreem left overs either. You can use the left overs in birdie bread.
