Beware of certain fruggies

We all know that fresh veggies and fruits are good for our fids, but please read this article (which is just one of many you can find online), which fruggies to avoid unless you buy organic.

Conscious Choice: Twelve Fruits and Vegetables to Avoid — Unless You Buy Organic

Parrots are animals that have been removed from everything they instinctually know and go on to live in our world.

Parrots are flock animals; a human being can never replace a bird-companion.

This is a good article, and I learned alot. Bell peppers and Apples were given to my bird as often as I had them available. Luckily I'm getting into the habit of buying organic produce more and more just for my own health. Thanks for posting!

We can't aford to eat organic but our Black Capped Conure Wawa does... LOL!
Thanks for the article, it helps me explain to the Hubby why I won't feed her grapes or stawberries, and only organic apples (and veggies)

I think there was an article like that in bird talk a while back, might be wrong but I know I read it somewhere.

I avoid giving bell peppers completely unless I can find organic on rare occasion. It makes it hard that most of the non organic veggies and fruits aren't safe for our fids.
