Sorry to hear you lost him. :(
Have you considered a necropsy? It might give you some information for the future or set your mind at ease too if you had nothing to do with it.

So sorry to hear that! It is so hard to loose a little one... My cockatiel Echo did that. She was just over 2 and was fine before I went to bed. I am sorry for your loss, I just got my first GCC and they are great!

I'm so sorry for your loss!!! If you were curious, you could bring him in for a necropsy to see exactly went wrong...
You provided Casanova with a wonderful home, so don't blame yourself!
