He is not a hybrid... he looks like a "Rosiefrons Conure." He is very pretty.

I could be wrong but he definately has the coloring though. Wonder what kind of hybrid? Whatever he is ... hes pretty darn cute thats for sure.

Does have rosiefrons colors but they are pyrrhura's and fairly small. The pic might be throwing me off because its beside a b&g, but it looks more of a aratinga sized.
