4 days = 4 x 24hrs = 96hrs = 96 x 60min = 5760min = 5760 x 60sec = 345600sec....

.... hey, that's nothing

ORRIN IS HOME!!!!!!

We picked him up at the airport at 10:10 pm last night. It was like he was a celebrity how people wanted to see him inside his carrier! He was preening on the car ride home too! When we got home, I washed my hands and brought the carrier to his cage. I reached my hand in the carrier and after a bit of coaxing he steped up. I'm sure he was super nervious! I put the food/water dish that was in his carrier in his cage so there is something familiar for him.

Right now he is sitting at his food dish cocking his head to the side and looking at me. So far he hasn't made a peep, but I'm sure that will change!

I'll post pics later!

Great! I've watched him eat, drink, play, climb, preen and sleep so I'd say he's starting to settle in! He does get really freaked out when ever I have to open a cage door like to change his water. I'm not sure why he is so afraid when he was just fine comming out of the carrier. I haven't tried to take him out yet, but I'll have to remove him from the cage either tomorrow or the next day because he needs to visit the vet. I hope that won't be pushing it for him!

I'm glad you finally have him home with you. For all of his travels and new surroundings it sounds like he is doing pretty good. Keep us posted on any new developments and I think it goes without saying that any pictures you would like to share will be greatly appreciated.
