This shot was just for scale to show what a big boy he is. The bar spacing on this cage is a full 3/4 inch between bars and those are a 10oz black LocCrock and the regular size granite Croc!

I know they are not the best pics... I REALLY need a good digital camera! Maybe Santa shall provide.
And I really should post a pic of my wrist to show where we started just a week ago (when I seriously thought this bird was the devil incarnate!)

Dudley is such a bluffer! I found that out in full last night. He growls and hisses and lunges... but will no longer take a chance of biting me and being put in time out! LOL

Pepper does that too she'll go to bite and i hold my finger up and say NO BITE and then she makes a kiss sound instead as if to say "i was only gonna smooch ya mommy, honest" yeah right only a non gcc owner would fall for that one lol

Don't ever hesitate to post pictures. I love seeing all the different parrots. Dudley is beautiful. He is a big boy. I'm glad he is coming around so nicely.

LOL! He's one silly lookin mitred!!! Silly Dudly! Has he purred for you yet???
 I'd say he's probably over a year old! He looks to be the nominate species.... do you know if the band he is wearing is an import band or not??? They say that breeder bands are flat and import bands are rounded... although I have found out otherwise... I've seen birds at Petco with the open rounded bands. What's the band say?
