Round and round and round??

Was playing with Charlie on the back lawn, I was standing up watching her mucking around, then she started going round and round, she didn't seem stressed at all, there were no threats in the vacinity that I could see. It was quite a "specific" action. Is this a common thing, does it "mean" something or was she does clowning a-round!
