Talking Someone likes pumpkin!!

Neko LOVES pumpkin. My boyfriend and I carved ours last night and Neko was the only bird to fly from his play stand to come see what we were doing. He got right in the middle of it all and explored. Once he realized that the pumpkin was yummy, well, than it was all over. Pumpkin massacre!!

Hey guys what's going on?

What is this? Can I eat it?

Why are you throwing this out - its the best part!

I'll be happy to eat it on my perch, as long as I can eat it!

Oh BTW mom & dad, Im not really eating it, really just playing with it & making a huge mess (all the little bites are what Neko ripped off the pumpkin & then just threw).....

Oooo can I eat your masterpiece mom??

I think Neko thoroughly enjoyed his first Halloween pumpkin carving

I dont even think he was eating it. All we would hear is him biting it and then we'd watch him and he'd just throw it. I think it was like a game to him because he was doing it so fast!!! Maybe he was timing how fast he could shred a piece of pumpkin = )

That picture should shame my brats. My amazon, ekkie, and macaw are afraid of a mini pumpkin while your little one attacks a big one like a pro and looks adorable doing it.

So adorable! I couldn't carve a pumpkin if the pumpkin depended on it; I sliced straight into my hand once. My neighbor's kiddo thought I was using fake blood to scare him and he laughed at me.....last time I ever carved a pumpkin.
I hope Phoenix has as much fun as your adorable fid! I'll have my hubby carve one so she can play with the pieces! ^-^

We bought our pumpkins on Tuesday and so far about 10 times a day I have to remove Zazu from the dining room floor and place him back on his cage. I guess he can't wait until tomorrow to carve them

Aww, I wish I could have a pumpkin...wouldn't have anywhere to put it though. ^^ Neko is adorable...then again, painteds are just adorable. :p Hmm...I wonder if Boo would take to pumpkin, too...oh well, I won't be able to find out. ^^ Alita would probably just give it the stink-eye.
