Great for conures...liars!

So we went to get Kiwi a new playgym. We brought it home and I was really excited to put it together. After putting it together I came to the horrible realization that it is way too small for him. The picture on the box depicted a cockatiel eating from the food bowl. I don't know if they photoshopped it or it was a drastically small cockatiel, but Kiwi is supposed to be the size of a cockatiel. Here are the pics. Let me know if I'm just overreacting please.

LOL, too funny. I would demand your money back IMO and get a better play pen. No way that is good for tiels or conures. Maybe parrolets and keets.

Yeah, I got that one too for my linnie. It was pretty tiny AND slippery. She was very cautious while on it. You should be able to get your money back. Hope you kept your receipt! I just threw mine away. My guys like their living, breathing human play gym anyway.

Return it. I got mine from this site. It might be a little large but Abbey is the same size as a GCC and she gets around fine on it.

I just put in a complaint with the company. I mean, Kiwi's not even full grown!

Edit: I'm leaving now to return it. Hopefully I'll get something bigger.

Um that cockatiel looks to be the size of my parrotlet - even smaller! Get your money back, that is ridiculous! I hope it wont be too tough of a process to return it. Your bird looks so massive on it! LOL what could he even do on that thing but stand there, poor bird!

I noticed your conure's breast area is the same colouring as mine. I was told by the lad whom I purchased him from that he was a green cheek conure. What kind of conure is yours. Also, do u have any suggestions on how to stop him from biting me when he is out of his cage? I need some help for this.
