Would this be a good size cage for a conure?

The bar spacing looks huge. I am not sure what species of conure you want to put in it. But most conures could wiggle out of that.

That looks like a macaw cage. I'd be worried about the bar spacing. Can you ask them what it is?

For small conures - 1/2" to 5/8" spacing
For large conures - 5/8" to 3/4" spacing

Different species of conures can vary a great deal in size. Very small conures may only be 60 grams, while others are larger than mini macaws and can weigh over 240 grams.

What kind of conure are we talking about?

I am not sure just yet, I have been looking to get a bird and so far I have taken a liking to the GCC's

I have a cage that looks like yours and my Orange Winged Amazon lives there. My GCC went into it the other day and I think she could have squeezed her head through the bars should she had chosen to.

If that bar spacing is OK than that is an awesome cage but I agree it looks a little too large. I recommend an HQ flight cage. It is large enough for a conure with plenty of play room and the bar spacing is safe.
