Bella's Travel Day....
So, Bella is in the air right now somewhere over Oklahoma on her way to Atlanta (the first leg of the trip). As of right now, she is due into ATL about 20 minutes early...
She'll have an hour to wait on the ground in Atlanta, then onto the shorter flight to Chicago. I'm so nervous!!! I hope that she isn't too rattled from the trip, as it's a long flight from California. I can't wait to see her and make sure she is okay!

I am so happy for you. I hope she enjoys her flights. We might be getting a Hahns Macaw in the spring from Tina. So we it will be flying to Florida.

Are you able to see where the flight is online? I would be checking that thing every 5 minutes! :D

Awww I thought you were gonna come visit me and take it back with ya! *grins*
Bella was a cool customer about this. She's used to the carrier though, I make all my babies play in carriers while they grow up. They just sleep.. and that's exactly what she did! I plopped her in at 3am and she mumbled and went back to sleep. You are going to have a FUN time with her ...especially since you didn't want her wings clipped. She loves to fly more than any Sun baby I've seen so far. She's like a ballerina in the air. Just remember to gently wrap her in a towel and talk to her, stroke her head and then show her the cage before you let her zoom around your house.

 Happiness is having a shop-vac for a regular vacuum, feeling nutriberries between the toes in the mornings, & the occasional sip of hand-feeding formula when you mistake it for morning coffee. Ahh life!

Suns in flight are so cool. They remind me of giant hummingbirds.
How exciting, congratulations! She will be fine, she will be so happy to be home!!!! after the Big Flight.

Time is TOTALLY standing still for me today. I've been trying to get a big work project done to make the time go by, but even that has failed me!
I just checked her flight again, and she should be taking off from Atlanta in 40 minutes. Hopefully the 70 degrees in Atlanta is treating her well. .... c'mon time!!!
