The last pictures of Abbey for 2 weeks

A few pictures of Abbey. She keeps trying to steal candy..lol
I thought these pictures of her preening really show the blue in feathers. Most people don't know they have blue. An her last shower with mommy for 2 weeks.... I will miss her so much

Hmm I must have missed something. Where are you going and who will be watching her? Don't be surprised if you come back to a cranky bird. I left Pedro with a bird sitter on a long weekend when I went camping over the summer. He was none to happy when I came back. Lots of screaming!! After a couple days he was back to his old self again though so no worries. She is so pretty...love the one in the candy dish!

I love Abbey. I wish PFC's were just a teeny tiny bit larger. By the way, have you seen the blue mutation? (which I'm guessing is a mutation that makes them lack the yellow pigment, making their body blue and the orange patch on their heads white).

I have not heard about blue mutation but I will google as soon after I write this.

MLaCross. We are going to Georgia and to Florida. My husbands mother is flying over from Germany and we are meeting them in Florida. My parents are in Georgia. We are having a sitter stay in are house the whole time. He will be taking care of all the children. We are driving tomorrow to Georgia. So that is what is going on...lol
