Mmmmmmmm.... I love to overdose on all of my babies "sleepy bird" smell!!!! I don't think they have a cure for it either, lol.

I think that you are probably smelling the residual nicotine from the previous owner. Imagine the smell of a smokers house, even after you spray it... your baby rid himself of the smell... even the stinky feet, lol.

Soon, you will be relishing the "sleepy bird" smell like a drug too, lol. Trust me it's addictive and there is no cure.

so true I love the smell of Arwen she smells so nice lol werid we all love the smell my mom thinks Arwen stinks so I don't know we bird people must be special :P

My male greencheek is 8 years old and also has a bad smell (stink feet). My vet said he is perfectly healthy and some birds just have a odor. My female does not have an odor at all. I know he loves to take a drenching bath also everyday whereas the female does not like baths. Do not know if that makes a difference.

I got Kit some Harrison's pellets and some Roudybush to see how she likes them. The Roudybush gives her a flower face smell.

We feed Roudybush... and I am now wondering if that's why I smell the flowery smell off them...
