Pumpkin Seeds

I've read on a couple sites that they're okay for birds, but I wanted a second (third?) opinion. Baked without salt for about a half hour-45 minutes? Is there a certain temperature they need to have reached, or is it pretty much the crisp factor?

=3 Just looking to share some of the holiday spirit with the Nanday. His batch is being made separate, and unsalted of course. =3

Pumpkin seeds are fine for birds and some seed mixes include them. Baked is OK, and you can also feed them raw. Of course salt is a no-no, but you knew that already.

Or, you can do like I did and offer them the seeds along with the rest of the pumpkin!

Birds love pumpkin!

I offered half to my parrotlets and half to my Conures. As you can see from the video above, the parrotlets enjoyed it but the Conures wouldn't go near theirs.
